Change of Payment Policy and Fees effective 02/01/2021
We now accept all forms of payment, including Venmo, FB Pay, Check, Bitcoin, PayPal, Debit,
& Credit. Preferred in that order.

We are asking all of our cash customers to please choose an alternative payment method to minimize contact exposure.
No matter the payment method you will receive a receipt automatically as long as an email is on file. Or you may request a copy via text and a URL will be provided.
In an effort to go 100% paperless we no longer offer paper receipts or invoices. You may print out the receipts and invoices via the email, provided URL, or by visiting your profile.
(Paypal/Bitcoin/FBPay/Venmo) Please request the @UN or wallet address for e-pay methods.
All payment methods must have a major credit card on file with the office even if you decide to pay with cash.
Terms of Services:
By engaging in business with Harold Cooper's TruScape Landscaping and Pest Control and/or DBA "TruScape" you agree to the terms of service.
We have updated our payment policy to ensure the safest possible transactions to align with safe covid measures.
You can now view past invoices and pay your bill by visiting www.TruScape.net/login, by calling in, via email, or text. We do not utilize facsimile services.
Mowing payment schedule:
Pay as you go: Payment is due in full on service date. You need a credit card on file to process payments.
Contract Customers: Payments are billed monthly automatically.
All other services are pay per service. By engaging in business with Harold Cooper DBA TruScape under The Cooper Companies you agree to the terms of service.
Estimates: Estimates are provided by the estimator at the best of the ability of the estimator with no express warrantees or guarantees and could change do to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.
FEES: Bounced or returned check fee: $50.00. Late Payment Fee up to $40 (past 7 days)
If gasoline prices rise above $3.50 a gallon, a 4% gas fee will be added to invoices.
Please call to ask for any assistance in managing your account or bill. We are all human and willing to work with our community and friends!
Although we do not foresee the need, in an effort to be as transparent as possible we may change to a 4% convenience fee if it becomes necessary to cover credit card processing fees.
Why? We are attempting to eliminate erroneous office time to reduce our costs and offset gas price rises, to forgo the need to increase our service prices to our customers. It is recommended that you allow auto pay to avoid any unnecessary charges. We allow a onetime courtesy of seven (7) days past due before any fees are charged. After this if any payments are missed we will charge an office recovery fee of $10 every seven (7) days up to $40 to cover the costs of labor, postage, and office materials. If at this time payment is not received your account will be closed and sold to a collection agency. We reserve the right to change this and any policy at anytime without notice.
